Last Night, Grilled Cheese Was Had
In the spirit of the New York Times article posted yesterday, Chris, Splat, Andrea and I had grilled cheese sandwiches and light salad for dinner last night. It was so delicious and really brought me back to the ol' times of training for the NGCI.

My approach was "less is more" in the Grilled Cheese incident. It was a wonderful evening and Splat scored high on prep and grilling. Smoked Cheddar doesn't play well with others. GC hats were a great idea.
