New Methods Of Cheese Grilling

Chris sent me this from the Benny and Joon school of grilled cheese. I do encourage you to try this at home, though I don't think I personally want to destroy my iron with cheese and butter.

Last Night, Grilled Cheese Was Had

In the spirit of the New York Times article posted yesterday, Chris, Splat, Andrea and I had grilled cheese sandwiches and light salad for dinner last night. It was so delicious and really brought me back to the ol' times of training for the NGCI.
